Small Town, Bright Lights
The Rye PTA invites town residents to spread the holiday cheer this holiday season for the 1st annual Small Town, Bright Lights decorating contest.
Show neighbors and community members your most creative holiday display for a chance to win a cash prize. Local Rye community members will be judging the displays from December 18-21. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be announced on Tuesday, December 22.
Bright and festive houses will be extra special this year as many traditional holiday activities may be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. Let's brighten our small town this holiday season!

Contest Rules:

The contest is free to enter

The contest is for Rye residents only

Only decorations visible from the roadway will be considered a part of the display

Entrants must have display on for the duration of the judging period

By registering, entrants agree to have a small sign in their yard indicating they are participating in the contest.

Signs will be provided by the Rye PTA. Entrants will receive an email explaining where to pick up the sign after they complete the entry form.
