Submit Grant Request

Teacher, Parents, and Community members are welcome to submit a grant request that will engage and benefit students.

To request funds from the PTA, complete the below forms.

  • Requests must be received 7 days prior to a public meeting to be put on the agenda.

  • Funding requests are presented to the PTA membership and the public meeting and approved only by a majority vote at the meeting.

  • If your funding request is for an amount greater than $100, you or a representative must attend the meeting to present the grant request.

Contact the PTA Vice President if you have any questions or conflicts related to the meeting.

The following RJH students recently submitted a grant request for funds for basketball jerseys for an upcoming game against Portsmouth. The PTA was happy to make a contribution to this project and the boys looked great in these jerseys of their own design.
